UX UI APP DESIGN

ToReimc is an educational trivia game with a humorous tone, aimed at entertaining and helping users review medical concepts. It has been active for a few months in 2024 and has already gained over 500 active users. Through this app, we have managed to create a competitive and cheerful community. The challenge was to blend humor with the seriousness of very technical medical concepts. Another challenge was keeping users engaged with the app, eager to compete, climb the rankings, and showcase their achievements.

Project

The project was based on creating a trivia game for medical graduates and practicing doctors, challenging them to form teams, answer questions, top the rankings, and achieve milestones. For this, we needed a gamified app that effectively combined the seriousness of medical concepts with the humorous tone used to communicate within the app.

Goal

Getting users to be active, form a community, and have fun while reviewing medical concepts. Through a fun and easy-to-use app, users would not only enjoy and learn but also become hooked on the app thanks to the competitiveness of the rankings and achievements.

Design Solutions

01. Easy onboarding

A quick and basic onboarding that explains the main features of the app, also introducing the user to the brand's mood.

02. Trivia game

The core of this app is its trivia, which provides positive and negative feedback when answered. Upon completion, users can share their achievements and scores on social media.

03. Ranking

In the ranking, users can see their positions both by team and individually, filtering by weekly ranking or total time played in the app. They can also share their ranking position on social media.

05. Achievements

In the achievements feature, users can check their unlocked trophies and those they still haven’t. This generates high engagement as it creates a need to complete tasks. These achievements can also be shared on social media.

06. Profile and Meet the Team

In the profile section, users can adjust their preferences and fill in their information. In the “meet the team” section, the proud CEOs of this fun app are introduced.
